Signature is $825 a quarter or $3,000 a year. Executive is $2,200 a quarter or $8,000 a year. Founding members lock $2,700 and $7,200 a year for life. Family add-on: spouse or partner at 50% of the tier, dependents under 26 at $600 a year each.

Traditional practices run on volume. We keep a limited panel for unhurried visits and coordinated care, with the discretion and polish of a private club. Appointments are available seven days a week during posted clinic hours.
